On Tuesday, Year One and Year Two took part in a Healthy Food workshop led by Trish from our catering company, Aspens. They had the opportunity to explore and taste a range of fruits and vegetables that they hadn’t tried before including pomegranate, celery and peppers!

They got creative and used food to make their very own animals, inspired by the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar. They had lots of fun experimenting with different shapes, colours and combinations, while learning about the importance of trying new foods and making healthy choices.

They used their SECRET skills to try something new and get involved.  Well done Year One and Year Two!
